Former Arsenal captain, Thierry Henry, has lauded Mohammed Kudus following his performance against Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
The Black Stars midfielder was o target in Ajax’s 2-1 defeat to the Premier League side at Anfield, with Joel Matip netting a late winner.
The goal was Kudus’ fifth in four consecutive games for the Eredivisie side and his second in two games in the Champions League after scoring against Rangers last week.
Henry, who was on punditry duties for CBS Sports couldn’t hide his admiration for the Ghanaian after the game.
“He [Mohammed Kudus] came from the academy Right to Dream in Ghana and he is living the dream,” the former France international said.
Kudus’ form also prompted a reaction from Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp who addressed his goal against his side as “an incredible strike.”
