France : Monaco spank PSG by 3-0 as Ben Yedder hits brace

AS Monaco, the team of Ghana’s Eric Ayiah, spanked PSG by 3-0 on Saturday afternoon as striker Ben Yedder scored a superb brace.

The home team was too strong for the team of Kylian Mbappe, Neymar and co.

Wissam Ben Yedder opened the scoring in the 25th minute. Kevin Volland made it 2-0 for Monaco in the 68th minute before Ben Yedder realized his brace six minutes from time from the spot.

PSG however comfortable lead the Ligue 1 standings with 65 points – thirteen points more than second placed Rennes (currently winning 5-0 against Metz) and fifteen points ahead of 3rd placed Marseille and 4th OGC Nice who are both on 50 points each.
