Fabrice Hawkins is reporting that the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, is in Paris and is determined to ensure that Zinedine Zidane is the man on the sidelines for PSG next season.
According to Hawkins, “no other manager” interests the Emir. However, for now, there is no agreement in place to bring the former Real Madrid manager to the Parc des Princes.
Internally, there are also some questions as to the compatibility of a Zidane/ Luis Campos partnership. Ruben Amorim has been strongly linked with the manager’s post at PSG in recent days.
