Cameroonian boxer, Francis Ngannou has revealed why he celebrated after knocking down British boxer, Tyson Fury during their super bout in Saudi Arabia.

Francis Ngannou on Saturday, October 28, 2023, became the 7th boxer to have knocked down Tyson Fury in the over decade professional career of the British heavyweight boxer.

The Cameroonian said Tyson Fury told him he was going to school him in the ring when they touched gloves before the bout so he had to tease him after knockiong him down.

Ngannou said, “When we touched gloves, he was like let me take you to school and I said you are not taking me to school. That is why when I knocked him down I was dancing like you are a bad professor.”

Francis Ngannou also described Tyson Fury as a table tennis champion and not a proper top shot in the boxing fraternity.

“Table Tennis champion of the world ☝🏿 #FuryNgannou,” he wrote on X formerly cited by Sportsworldghana.

Francis Ngannou who is the current UFC champion made his professional boxing debut on Saturday, October 28, 2023, but lost to Tyson Fury by a split judges’ decision.
