Medeama defeated Real Tamale United by 2-1 on Sunday afternoon during Week 24 of the Ghana Premier League as Kofi Ansu Patric scored a first half winner.
Darlington Gyan Fosu opened the scoring in the 8th minute as Medema took an early advantage.
The visitors equalized through Mohammed Sadat in the 19th but Ansu Patric got the winning goal in the 27th minute as no more goals were recorded until full time.

The win takes Medeama to 4th position on the league table after 24 games on 39 points whilst RTU are placed 16th in the relegation zone on 25 points.
