Two German clubs Eintracht Frankfurt and Borussia Monchengladbach are reportedly interested in the signature of Ghanaian midfielder Majeed Ashimeru who currently plays in the Belgian Jupiler League for RSC Anderlecht.
. According to veteran Ghanaian journalist Ibrahim Sannie Daara, although no offers have been made yet, scouts of the two clubs have been monitoring the Ghana international with the hope of singing him in the upcoming Summer transfer.
The 25-year-old has been in top form for Anderlecht in the ongoing 2022/23 season, netting two goals and delivering three assists in 28 games in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League.
The former WAFA star has become a subject of interest for several clubs due to his swashbuckling performance for the Belgian giants.
The former FC Red Bull Salzburg attacking midfielder moved to Anderlecht in July 2021 and has gone ahead to become one of the club’s top performers in the Belgian league.
His current contract with RSC Anderlecht expires in the summer of 2025.
