Former German International Gerald Asamoah has flown into Ghana a team of top surgeons to offer medical assistance to Ghanaian.
The team of 20 surgeons are in Ghana to operate on hole- in- heart patients for free. The group of surgeons are in to offer assistance to 50 children with the medical condition related to heart. The initiative is being sponsored by the Gerald Asamoah Stiftung
“We are Soo happy to be here and the next day will be very excited for us we will go the hospitals and see all the families so is a pleasure to be here in Ghana” the lead doctor of the surgeons said during their arrival at the Kotoko International Airport.
Gerald Asamoah who is also of Ghana descent decided to represent the German national team and also played for a host of clubs including Schalke and FC St. Pauli
