The Cheetahs of Benin will face the Elephants of Ivory Coast in a friendly game in Amiens, France on 23rd March in the imminent international break.
Benin will use the friendly game as part of the preparations ahead of the 2025 AFCON qualifiers. Also, Gernot Rohr, 70, will have the opportunity to assess his team for the continuity of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The Elephants of Ivory Coast, the reigning African Champions, will have the chance to announce themselves to the Ivorian diaspora in France after the great victory in the 2023 AFCON.
Rohrs squad is headlined by Brest’s Steve Mounie, Jodel Dossu of Sochaux, Saturnin Alagbe and Anger’s Cedric Hountondji.
