On Monday, August 15, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Club Licensing Committee will have completed its examination of football facilities. The procedure began on Tuesday, August 2.
The Board is conducting the inspection process to offer suggestions on venues before to the start of the BetPawa Ghana Premier League 2022-2023 Season.
Facilities in Ghana’s Northern Region, Bono Region, Ahafo Region, and Ashanti Region, including the Aliu Mahama Stadium in Tamale, have reportedly been examined, according to a member of the committee.
The inspection team will next visit Ghana’s Western Region, where Medeama Sporting Club’s TNA Park is located. The inspection process will culminate in the Greater Accra Region.
The betPawa GPL’s 2022–2023 season will begin in September, with Kumasi Asante Kotoko serving as the defending champions.
Kotoku Royals, Tamale City Football Club, Nsuatreman Football Club and Samartex Football Club have gained promotion to compete in the upcoming season.
Before clubs are granted licences, the Licensing Committee’s recommendations are taken into account.
