The Ghana Premier League will offer a total prize package of GH₵9.5 million for the 2026/27 season as part of efforts to enhance competition and support participating clubs.
The league champions will take home GH₵3 million, while the runners-up will receive GH₵1 million for finishing second.
The remaining top-four clubs will also be rewarded, with the team finishing third earning GH₵800,000 and the fourth-placed side receiving GH₵750,000.
In addition to the league prize money, all 18 participating clubs will receive GH₵1 million each before the start of the season to support preparations and operations.
The financial package is expected to provide a major boost to clubs as they prepare for the upcoming campaign and compete for honours in Ghana’s top-flight league.
