Ghana-born Togo international defender Kennedy Boateng is set to begin a new chapter in his career after leaving Romanian side Dinamo București to join Saudi Pro League outfit Al Fateh.
The commanding centre-back has emerged as a target for the Saudi Arabian club following an impressive spell in Romania, where he established himself as a reliable presence at the heart of Dinamo’s defence.
Boateng’s performances for Dinamo București attracted attention beyond Romania, with Al Fateh moving quickly to secure his services as they look to strengthen their defensive options ahead of the new season.
The 28-year-old has built a reputation as a physically strong and composed defender, known for his aerial ability, defensive awareness and leadership qualities.
