Former Ghana star Prince Tagoe believes the Black Stars team can make impact at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar later this year.
According to him, Ghana will perform at the World Cup only when players like Jordan Ayew, Kudus Mohammed and Daniel Kofi Kyereh gives 80 percent of their club output for the national team.
“Black Stars can only make a positive impact at the World Cup if Kudus Mohammed, Jordan Ayew and Daniel Kofi-Kyereh can give Ghana 80% of their performance at club level,” he said on Angel TV.
Kudus has been in a fine form for Dutch giant AFC Ajax Amsterdam in both the UEFA Champions League and the Eredivisie respectively.
Jordan Ayew is also one of the most important players for his team Crystal Palace FC in the English Premier League and provided an assist over the weekend in his team’s Premier League victory.
Daniel Kyereh on the other hand recently scored his first goal of the season for SC Freiburg in the German Bundesliga when they beat Mainz 05.
