The Ghana Football Association, through the initiative of the Technical Directorate is introducing the National Elite Talent Identification and Development program to identify and develop the best-talented youth players – male, females in the country to form the base of the various National teams.
The GFA Technical Directorate has put together a comprehensive Youth Development plan that seeks to address all shortfalls in the Ghanaian football ecosystem.
According to the GFA, the book is almost ready for implementation in all the Ten Regional Football Associations and will be officially published next month.
Scouts, Coaches, and Talent developers would be deployed to work with the Regional Football Associations to hunt for young talented footballers who will form the base of the youth National teams.
