Newly signed Ghana attacker Daniel Afriyie Barnieh has started training with his new club FC Zürich in Switzerland on Wednesday evening.
The former Accra Hearts of Oak SC striker joined the club on a long term contract ahead of the 2022 CAF Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) tournament in Algeria.
He played at the tournament for the Black Galaxies team as they got eliminated at the group stages of the competition by Minnows, Niger with the attacker missing the game due to suspension.
He could be in contention to start for the club when they take on FC Winterthur at home in the Swiss Super League on Sunday at home.
