Ghana are still in talks with Bayer Leverkusen winger Callum Hudson-Odoi over a nationality switch ahead of the 2022 World Cup according to reports.
The Chelsea academy graduate has found playing time with the England national team difficult and Ghana has provided him with an alternative which he is still reportedly considering.
A source from SuperSport has revealed that Ghana is hopeful of getting Odoi.
“He (Nketiah) has not committed but Hudson-Odoi could be added as he is still engaging with the GFA,” a source told Supersport.
Callum Hudson-Odoi is currently on loan at Bayer Leverkusen from Chelsea. He has played five games in the Bundesliga this season and assisted one goal.
