The 24-year-old midfielder joins from Belgian side Cercle Brugge after successfully passing his medical. The length of his contract was not made public.
Toulouse officially welcomed him, saying:

Abu, a graduate of the Right to Dream Academy, expressed his excitement:
“I’m very happy to be here. I can’t wait to start this new journey and be part of this amazing family. I’m also looking forward to exploring the city and meeting our wonderful supporters.”
The club’s sporting director, Viktor Bezhani, said:
“We are very happy with Abu’s arrival. He’s a strong, all-round midfielder who can defend and control the pace of the game. His style fits perfectly with the tough and fast-paced Ligue 1.”
Abu Francis has already played four times for Ghana’s senior national team, the Black Stars.
