Ghanaian winger Kingsley Sarfo played his first game for new club APOEL Nicosia in their 2:3 win over AEL over the weekend in the Cypriot league.
Murtaz Daushvili scored an 18th minute own goal to put the host ahead before Giorgi Kvilitaia restored parity for Apoel in the 21st minute.
Nicolae Milinceanu, however, struck in the 35th minute to give the home team a 2:1 lead but Anton Maglica leveled things up for Apoel in the 66th minute.
With the game almost ended two apiece, Giorgi Kvilitaia hit the back of the net in the 5th minute to seal an important 2:3 away victory for the visitors in the crucial tie.
Sarfo has joined the biggest football club in Cyrus until the end of the 2021-22 campaign from Olympiakos Nicosia following his outstanding performances.
The 26-year-old has been a delight to watch in the first half Cypriot top-flight this season attracting APOEL to land him from Olympiakos.
The Ghana international posted on his social to react to the victory in his debut game for APOEL.

Sarfo made 15 appearances in the first round of the Cypriot First Division where he provided two assists coupled with his dazzling displays.
He joined Olympiakos in September 2020 after returning from a career break.
