Ghanaian midfielder Majeed Ashimeru, was a delight to watch as he excelled in RSC Anderlecht‘s big win against Eupen in the Belgian Pro League over the weekend.
The former WAFA star was simply unplayable in midfield as he took control of game with some brilliant passes and ball distribution in their 4:1 victory.
Joshua Zirkzee opened the scoring for Anderlecht after just three minutes into the game before Christian Kouame extended the tally to 2:0 four minutes later.
However, Smail Prevljak pulled one back in the 13th minute-mark of the game.
Anderlecht who were very impressive right from the start of the match, recorded their third goal of the match in to record a 3-1 lead the 24th minute, it was Joshua Zirkzee’s second goal in the match.
Benito Rahman struck in the 88th minute to wrap up an emphatic 4:1 win for Eupen.
Ashimeru, 24, was subbed five minutes from full time after being replaced by Marco Kana while his compatriot Francis Amuzu enjoyed the last five minutes of the match after coming on for Yari Verschaeren.
