Accra Lions FC continued with their fine form in the Ghana Premier League 2022-23 season with a very impressive win over Dreams FC.
The capital base club traveled to Dawu to snatch all three points at stake without their coach Ibrahim Tanko who was on national duty with Ghana’s Black Meteors.
The first half of the match saw no goal goal despite both teams playing with high intensity and quality football.
Thirteen minutes to the end of the match, Shawkan Mohammed scored the winner to steal all three points for the away team to return to Accra with all three points.
Accra Lions are second on the league table after four matches with nine points after three consecutive wins.
