Dreams Football Club staged an impressive performance on Wednesday afternoon, securing three vital points in their Ghana Premier League clash against Bechem United.
Originally set to face the Hunters during Week 19, the Dawu-based club had to postpone the match due to their participation in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The rescheduled match took place today at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu. Dreams FC started strong, with Godfred Atuahene scoring just 10 minutes into the first half.
Bechem United’s Ebenezer Adu Kwaw Boadi equalized in the 37th minute, leading to a 1-1 scoreline at halftime.
In the second half, a decisive goal from Dede Ishmael secured a 2-1 victory for the hosts. This crucial win lifts Dreams FC to 35 points, moving them two places clear of the relegation zone.
