Ghanaian giant Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC dropped points again on the road after drawing 1-1 away at the El-Wak sports stadium.
Kotoko were the better team in the opening 45 minutes of the match creating some decent chances but failed to utilize the opportunities that came their way.
Twenty minutes into the game, Kotoko were awarded a spot kick which was expertly converted by their captain Richard Boadu to give the away team the lead.
There were a few opportunities that came the way of both teams but no goal was recorded again in the first half.
In the second half of the match, Legon Cities upped their game knowing that they are deep in the relegation fight to salvage something from the game.
Finally, their efforts was rewarded in the second half of the match on the 70th minute mark when Alex Aso formerly of Inter Allies grabbed the equalizer to make it 1-1.
Richmond Lamptey was handed a glorious chance in the dying embers of the match to win all three points for the Porcupine Warriors but blew his shot way off target.
The game ended 1-1 with the two teams settling for a point each.
