The Yellow and Blue outfit recorded an emphatic win over the Blue and Whites outfit to get their second win of the 2023-24 campaign in the Ghanaian top-flight.
Former Asokwa Deportivo SC striker Asamoah Boateng scored the opening goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up early in the match when he converted a spot kick on the 10th minute.
Two minutes after the half hour mark of the encounter, Asamoah Boateng scored his second in the game to make it 2-0 to the home team before the end of the first 45 minutes of the match.
Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC and Kumasi King Faisal FC midfielder Emmanuel Sarkodie added to the home team’s advantage when he struck inside the 67th minute of the match to put the hosts 3-0 as they were running riot.
Six minutes away from the full time whistle, Emmanuel Agyemang scored the fourth goal of the match to make it 4-0 to the dominant home team to win the game with a resounding 4-0 victory on the day.
