Tamale City FC enslaved Akyem Kotoku Royals in their Ghana Premier League week 16 clash at the Aliu Mahama sports stadium in Tamale.

The Yellow and Blue outfit recorded their biggest win of the season when they thrashed the Royals 3-0 add three points to their tally in their quest to wrestle their way from the drop zone.

Former Skyy FC and Elmina Sharks FC striker, Sampson Eduku got the opening goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up after 30 minutes with a beautiful strike.

Just before the break, Matthew Agama added the second goal for the home team to go two goals clear before heading to the break leading 2-0.

Twenty minutes away from the full time whistle, Justice Mensah, another former Elmina Sharks FC striker scored the icing on the cake goal to make it 3-0 at the end of the match.
