Three standout performers in the Ghana Premier League have been nominated for the NASCO Player of the Month award for March, following their impressive displays for their respective clubs.

Samuel Okai of Bechem United, Claude Shooting Bortey of Young Apostles FC, and Setsofia Aqetey of Vision FC make up the three-man shortlist.

Okai enjoyed a solid month on the wings, featuring in four matches, scoring once, and earning two Man of the Match awards. He was particularly influential in Bechem United’s first away win of the season against FC Samartex 1996, where he delivered a match-winning performance.

Bortey, a centre-back, stood out with his attacking contributions, netting three goals in March. His highlight performance came against Heart of Lions, where he scored two spectacular free-kicks and earned a Man of the Match award.

Aqetey also made a strong case for the award, scoring twice in four appearances for Vision FC while picking up one Man of the Match accolade.

The winner of the NASCO March Player of the Month award will receive a 43-inch NASCO television and a NASCO double-door bottom-freezer refrigerator, sponsored by Electroland Ghana Limited.
