Vision FC secured a hard-fought 1-0 win over Nations FC in an intense league encounter, with a dramatic goal just before halftime making the difference.

The match was closely contested from the opening whistle, as both sides showed discipline and determination in midfield. Nations FC enjoyed periods of possession and tried to break down Vision FC’s defence, but clear chances were limited due to solid defending from both teams.

As the first half appeared to be heading for a goalless draw, Vision FC struck in stoppage time. In the 45+2 minute, Setsofia Aqetey reacted quickly inside the box to finish calmly, sending the Vision FC supporters into celebration and giving his side a crucial lead before the break.

After halftime, Nations FC pushed forward in search of an equaliser, increasing the tempo and pressure. Vision FC, however, stayed organised at the back and defended resolutely, absorbing the attacks and clearing their lines when needed. Despite Nations FC’s efforts, they could not find a way past Vision FC’s defence.

At the final whistle, Vision FC held on to their slim advantage to claim all three points. The victory boosts their confidence and standings, while Nations FC will look to bounce back in their next fixture.
