Ghana Premier League Week 26 Preview: Nations FC vs Bofoakwa Tano

Second placed Nations FC will host Bofoakwa Tano at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, Abrankese on Sunday.

Nations FC are three points behind leaders FC Samartex and go into this game looking to bounce back to winning ways after losing 1-0 to Real Tamale United in midweek. The new boys have won 4 and lost 1 in their last 5 league games and are unbeaten at home after scoring 24 and conceded 7 league goals.

Bofoakwa Tano are 15th in the league table with 29 points, having won 3 and suffered 2 losses in their last 5 encounters. The Bofo lads are yet to record an away win in the league this season, as they’ve managed only 8 points on the road.

Asamoah Boateng Afriyie is the joint top scorer in the league this season with 10 goals and will be available for the clash. Emmanuel Boahene, Micheal Awuah, Prince Acquah, Barimah Baah, Kwame Boakye, Richard Danso, Abdul Karim and Razak Simpson are all ready to feature for Nations FC.

Bofoakwa Tano top scorer Saaka Dauda is available for the game and hopes to extend his 8 league goals tally. Emmanuel Agyenim Boateng, Bashiru Abu, Tomas Agyapong, Sammy Osae Akoto, Alhassan Ali, Andrew Appau, Charles Mensah, Steven Owusu and Ado Zack are all available for the Sunyani lads.
