In an exciting clash on Sunday, Bechem United triumphed over Karela United with a 3-1 victory in matchday 30 of the Ghana Premier League at Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.

The win marked a return to form for Bechem United, who had previously suffered a 2-1 defeat to Dreams FC in an outstanding fixture last Wednesday.

Bechem United started strong, with Emmanuel Ababio scoring the opener just 12 minutes into the game. The momentum continued as Emmanuel Annor added a second goal three minutes later, giving the home side a comfortable lead at halftime.

The hosts maintained their dominance in the second half, with Clinton Duodu securing the win with a goal in the 60th minute. Karela United managed to score a consolation goal through an own goal in injury time.

This victory elevates Bechem United to sixth place in the league standings with 44 points from 30 matches, while Karela United remains in 13th position with 37 points.
