Ghanaian international Abdul-Rahman Baba is pleased as Reading maintained their championship status.
The Royals finished 21st on the league log with the talented Ghanaian left-back who us on loan from Chelsea being one of their best players as he made 29 appearances and provided one assist.
Baba admits they would have preferred to be up on the league long but it did not happen though he is happy with their survival.
“Not the season we all wanted but proud that we kept this team up with fight and determination. Now time for a break and look forward to what the future holds for us all. For one last time.” Baba tweeted.
The efficient Ghanaian lateral defender is expected back to Chelsea this summer.
