Omar Bogle was on target on Saturday as Hartlepool managed a 1-1 draw with League 2 leaders Forest Green FC.
Regan Hendry gave the league leaders the lead with a thunderbolt in the 53rd minute before Bogle fired under goalkeeper McGee for the equalizer in the 68th minute.
With the draw, Hartlepool will now maintain their League 2 status status as they will not finish in the bottom three.
Bogle has now netted five league goals since his January 2022 move from Doncaster Rovers.
