England-born Ghanaian striker, Eddie Nketiah has reacted to hitting two goals for the first time in the English Premier League for Arsenal FC against his former club Chelsea FC on the road.
The potential Black Stars forward Eddie Nketiah bagged an impressive brace to open his goal account for Arsenal FC this season in the English Premier League against Chelsea FC on Wednesday evening.
The potential Ghana striker opened the scoring in the first half after just 13 mintues when he found the bottom left corner after pouncing on bad defending by the home team’s defense.
‘God’s timing’ – Ghana target Eddie Nketiah wrote on social media after the win over Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge.
He remained a thorn in Chelsea’s flesh in the first half of the match after his goal as he was brimming in confidence.
Timo Werner’s deflected shot equaled matters for the home team four minutes after going down to the Red and Whites outfit.
Emile Smith Rowe restored the away team’s lead few minutes later but Cesar Azpilicueta made it 2-2 at the break.

Nketiah scored again after the break benefiting from another defensive error to grab his brace and Arsenal’s third as Bukayo Saka scored a late penalty to win the game 4-2 for the UEFA Champions League hopefuls.
He has two goals in the ongoing English Premier League campaign and five goals in the English Football League (EFL) Cup competition.
