Ghanaian winger Osman Bukari has left an indelible mark on the European football stage, solidifying his position as one of the continent’s fastest players by the close of the UEFA Champions League group stage.

His remarkable performance with Red Star Belgrade catapulted him to the tenth spot in the speed rankings, boasting an impressive speed of 35.4 km/h.

In this illustrious company, Bukari found himself sharing the tenth position with AC Milan’s dynamic duo, Theo Hernandez and Rafael Leao, as well as Pepe from Porto and Benfica’s David Neres.

Above him, speed titans like Sandro Tonali of Newcastle United, Leipzig’s Mohammed Simakan, and Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies, all clocking in at 35.5 km/h.

At the pinnacle of this speed hierarchy, the top five positions were occupied by the likes of Borussia Dortmund’s Karim Adeyemi, PSG’s Kylian Mbappe, RB Leipzig’s Lois Openda, Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford, and Celtic’s Daizen Maeda.

Bukari’s standout performance was underscored by his contributions to Red Star Belgrade during the group stage of the UEFA Champions League. The Ghanaian winger notched up two goals and provided two crucial assists, a testament to his prowess on the grand stage, even though his team faced elimination.
