Ghanaian attacker Brandon Thomas-Asante grabbed his third league goal of the season for West Bromich Albion in home win over Stoke City FC at home on Saturday evening.
The former Salford City FC player helped the Baggies to a hard earned 2-0 home win in the English Championship to move out of the relegation zone ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament.
The attacker has fit into the West Bromich Albion team since his move from the lower tier side to the English second tier side this campaign.
Kyle Bartley netted the first goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up late in the first half six minutes to the end of the opening 45 minutes of the match.
Five minutes into the second half of the match, Thomas-Asante scored the second goal for the home team who won the match 2-0 to move up on the league table and out of the relegation zone.
The 23-year-old Ghanaian forward has three goals in 12 appearances in the English Championship in his first season at West Bromich Albion.
