On the 55th minute mark of the match, Yeboah scored a brilliant goal to turn the game on its head to put the hosts 2-1 with more than half an hour left to play.
Dennis Jastrzembski added the icing on the cake goal to make sure the host got themselves all three points on the board to close the gap between them and their opponent to two points with two games to go.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian forward has eight goals and one assist in 30 appearances in the Poland Premier Division.
