Prince Osei Owusu, the Ghanaian forward, made his mark for Toronto FC on Saturday night, securing a 2-1 victory over Orlando City.
Taking the field for the Week 10 game of Major League Soccer, the 27-year-old led Toronto’s attack against Orlando City on their home turf.
Orlando City showed strength in the first half, scoring a goal and leading at halftime, thanks to Duncan McGuire’s strike in the 37th minute.
However, their lead didn’t last till the end as Toronto FC rallied in the final moments of the game. In a burst of attack in the last 10 minutes, Toronto FC scored two goals.
The first goal, by Tyese Spycer in the 87th minute, set the stage for a thrilling finish. Then, Prince Osei Owusu showcased his skill with a superb strike to equalize and seal the win for Toronto FC.
