Ghanaian Bernard Tekpetey scored twice in the Bulgarian First Professional League on Sunday evening at home against Slavia Sofia for giant Ludogorets Razgrad.
The former Fortuna Düsseldorf player also provided an assist in the Green and Whites Eagles thumping 4-1 along with his brace on the night.
Gjoko Zajkov scored an own goal inside the 14th minute mark of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up.
Two minutes later in the end-to-end match, Tekpetey grabbed his 8th league goal of the season for FC Ludogorets Razgrad in the Bulgarian top-flight to make it 2-0.
The 24-year-old on the 23rd minute mark set up Matias Tissera to score the third goal halfway through the first half to make it 3-0.
Nine minutes after the break, Tekpetey grabbed his brace and his team’s fourth on the night before the away team grabbed a consolation goal late on in the game.
The Ghanaian international played full throttle for his team and has nine goals and four six assists this season in Bulgaria First Professional League.
