Ghanaian central defender Desmond Cole Kpekawa was on target on Saturday as Maidenhead drew 1-1 with FC Halifax Town in the English National League.
The towering guardsman opened the scoring for Maidenhea on the stroke of half time with a fine finish before the visitors rallied back to snatch an equalizer in the second half through John Slew.
Kpekawa, 26, joined Maidenhead this summer from Hemel FC and is gradually cementing his place in the team.

He was born to a Ghanaian father and an English mother at Blackpool and has been capped four times by England at U20 level.
Kpekawa also previously played for Queens Park Rangers and Colchester.
