Former Aduana Football Club and enterprising defender, Derrick Afeson Boateng has officially completed a move to Finland Division Two League club, PEPO Edustus after leaving the Ghanaian elite Division side.
The 24-year-old Ghanaian defender joins the club’s squad in a bid to secure a breakthrough in Europe.
Head coach Tero Nieminen spoke about the capture of the Ghanaian player.
He said: “We’ve been looking for depth for our padding section since the beginning of the training season. Derick is a top athlete for our young players,”
“As a player with both legs, he can play all defensive roles and if necessary, in the bottom of midfield. ” added the manager.
