Ema Twumasi delivered an impressive all-round performance, capping it with a vital goal as Piast Gliwice secured a 3-1 win over Radomiak Radom in the Ekstraklasa.
With the match level at 1-1, the Ghanaian defender made a timely forward run from right-back and met a well-worked pass from Jorge Félix in the 63rd minute, calmly slotting home to restore Piast’s advantage and shift momentum firmly in their favour.
Piast had earlier taken the lead inside seven minutes, with Félix finishing off a slick attacking move initiated by Jason Lokilo. However, the visitors responded shortly after the restart, drawing level through Rafał Wolski.
Twumasi’s goal proved to be the turning point, and substitute Leandro Sanca later sealed the victory with a composed finish late in the game to make it 3-1.
The strike highlights Twumasi’s growing influence this season, with the defender now featuring regularly for Piast. He has made 23 league appearances in the 2025/26 Ekstraklasa campaign, registering one goal while maintaining a consistent presence in the starting lineup.
The win extends Piast Gliwice’s recent positive run of form as they look to build momentum in the league. Their focus now shifts to a crucial upcoming fixture against Zagłębie Lubin, as they aim to continue their push up the table.
