Ghanaian defender Jerome Opoku secures with Europa Conference League qualification

Ghanaian central defender Jerome Opoku is pleased after guiding his team Arouca FC to an Europa Conference League spot.

Arouca beat Chaves 1-0 on Saturday, May 20 as they finished 6th on the Portuguese Primeira league log to book their Conference qualification.

“We done it”‘ Opoku tweeted.

The former Fulham guardsman who joined Arouca last summer on a two-year deal made 23 appearances for the club providing one assist.
