German Bundesliga II side Nuremberg are currently monitoring Ghanaian defender Michael Akoto over the possibility of signing him.
The Die Legende sent scouts to watch the 24-year-old in Dynamo Dresden’s game against Hannover last week.
German tabloid the Bild, reports that Nuremberg want to sign the defender before the winter transfer window.
Michael Akoto has been in scintillating form for Dresden this season, making 18 appearances for the Yellow and Black and has an assist to his name.
The Ghanaian-born moved to Germany at a tender age and has been with Mainz O5 before moving to Dresden last summer.
His versatility in defence is seen as the reason for Nuremberg’s interest.
