Ghanaian defender Mohammed Salisu was in full 90 minutes of action for Southampton who got thumped by Chelsea on Saturday afternoon in the English Premier League.
Chelsea put their UEFA champions league 1-3 loss to Real Madrid behind to register superiority over Salisu’s side who struggled to deal with Thomas Tuchel’s team.
The former Real Valladolid star undoubtedly, played one of his worst games for Southampton this campaign as they struggled to match the Blues attack despite having a home advantage at the Saint Mary’s Stadium.
The Saints got walloped 6:0 at home with Mason Mount and Timo Werner also recording a brace each.
The two other goals in the match came from Marcos Alonso and Kai Havertz.
Salisu, 22, has featured in 29 games this season for Southampton.
