Ghanaian defender Phil Ofosu Ayeh provides assist, scores late winner for Halmstads BK in Sweden

Ghanaian defender Phil Ofosu Ayeh scored the winner for Sweden Superettan leaders Halmstads BK in their breathtaking win at home to Landskrona Bois.

The Ghanaian did not only score but also provided an assist for the first goal to set his team up to victory to stretch their lead at the top of the league table after 16 matches.

He set up Alexander Johansson inside 43 minutes to give the home the advantage on the the verge of the half time whistle to give the home fans something to cheer about.

Erik Parsson silenced the home crowd when he equalized for the visitors four minutes after the hour mark.

Deep into additional time period of the match, Ayeh popped up to score the winner for the Blue and Whites outfit as the left it very late to snatch all three points.

The 30-year-old Ghanaian has two goals and one assist in 14 League matches this season for the Sweden Allsvenskan hopefuls.
