Ghanaian defender, Thomas Boakye registered his first assist in the Sweden Superettan on Monday evening for Halmstads BK on the road.
The 29-year-old Ghanaian right-back set up Samuel Kroon to score the second goal for the away team as they beat Skovde AIK 3-1 to go second on the league table.
The home team scored first before former Accra Hearts of Oak striker Sadat Karim provided an assist to Andreas Johansson to equalized for the visitors.

After Boakye’s assist resulted in the second goal of the match, Sadat added the icing to the cake goal 20 minutes to full time to make it 3-1.
Boakye has one assist in six matches this season in the Sweden Superettan.
