Ghanaian players Bernard Tekpetey and Kwadwo Duah played pivotal roles for Ludogorets in their Europa Conference League match against FC Spartak Trnava.
Both Ghanaians were in the starting lineup for the Bulgarian side in the Group H encounter.
The first half concluded without any goals from either team. Ludogorets broke the deadlock in the 74th minute, with Bernard Tekpetey assisting Kwadwo Duah for the opening goal.
However, FC Spartak Trnava quickly responded, and in the 78th minute, Kelvin Ofori assisted Erik Daniel, leveling the score.
The game seemed destined for a draw, but Ludogorets secured a 2-1 victory with Matías Tissera’s goal in the 95th minute.
