Ghanaian duo Kobbie Mainoo and Jarell Quansah have been included in England’s provisional squad for the 2024 European Championship.
With the tournament just one month away from kicking off in Germany, England coach Gareth Southgate has today announced his preliminary squad. Among the selected players are Mainoo and Quansah, both of Ghanaian descent.
Kobbie Mainoo, a Manchester United prodigy, made his debut for the Three Lions against Brazil last month. Jarell Quansah, who had an impressive season with Liverpool, has received his maiden call-up to the national team.
Both players now aim to secure their spots in the final England squad for the Euros next month.
