Braydon Manu and Patric Pfeiffer, the Ghanaian duo playing for SV Darmstadt, have played crucial roles in securing promotion to the German Bundesliga for the 2023/24 season.

SV Darmstadt celebrated their promotion following a hard-fought victory against FC Magdeburg on Friday. The decisive match took place at the Merck-Stadion am Bollenfalltor, where Darmstadt emerged as winners with a narrow 1-0 victory. German forward Philip Tietz sealed the win with a well-executed goal in the 36th minute, assisted by Tobias Kempe.

With this triumph, SV Darmstadt now sits at the top of the Bundesliga 2 table with an impressive total of 67 points from 33 games. Even if they suffer a defeat in their final match, their position in the league standings will remain unchanged, securing their place in the German top-flight.

Pfeiffer played the entire game for Darmstadt, showcasing his skills as a central defender, while Manu was unable to participate due to a suspension following a red card.

Throughout the season, Patric Pfeiffer has been a key player for SV Darmstadt, making 23 appearances, scoring four goals, and providing an additional assist. Braydon Marvin Manu, an attacking midfielder, has also made significant contributions, featuring in 27 matches, scoring seven goals, and delivering seven assists.

Their impressive performances have played a vital role in SV Darmstadt’s successful promotion campaign, and they will be eager to continue their contributions in the German Bundesliga next season.
