Ghanaian duo of Basit Seidu and David Abagna have been named in the Champions League squad of Sudanese giant Al Hilal for the upcoming 2023-24 season.
The former Accra Lions FC player Basit has been given the number seven (7) shirt at the club ahead of the new season in his first year at the club.
He scored four goals in a single Ghana Premier League game against winners Medeama SC when his team Accra Lions won 4-2 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
This led to his move to the Sudanese giant club Al Hilal Omdurman at the end of the season and has been named in their champions League squad.
David Abagna on the other hand will be playing for the club in a second but first full season with the Blue and Whites outfit as he joined in the second half of the 2022-23 season with scintillating performances.
He has been handed over the number eight (8) shirt at the club as they gear up for for the highly anticipated 2023-24 season.
