Ghanaian midfielder Brendan Wiredu has been voted as Colchester United best tackler for the 2021/2022 season.
The 22-year-old enforcer was very efficient in the middle of the pitch as he made the most interceptions in the team with 1.5 per match on average as well as averaging the most tackles with 2.4 per match.
He also averaged just over three aerial duels won per 90 which makes him the team’s sixth best player in the air.
In all, Wiredu made 35 Apps (3 Sub), scoring 1 Goal and providing 4 Assists.
