German-born Ghanaian forward Ansgar Knauff will have a feel of UEFA Champions League group stage football this season with German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt.
The 20-year-old Ghanaian prodigy has been in a fine form for the Eagles since he joined the club last season, helping to win the 2021-22 UEFA Europa League with a crucial strike against FC Barcelona enroutes to the final.
He joined Frankfurt on loan from Bundesliga giant Borussia Dortmund and has since hit the group running at the club.
Knauff will face Ghanaian forward Issahaku Abdul Fatawu who plays Sporting CP from Portugal and Tottenham Hotspur as well as Olympic Marseille.
