Ghanaian forward Augustine Okrah has been nominated for the month of October player of the month award in Tanzania.
The former Bechem United FC star player has become an instant hit at the club and has been rewarded for his performance by being shortlisted for player of the month award.
Okrah found the back of the net three times and provided an assist in the month of October, attracting Most Valuable Player of the month nomination.
He scored in the famous Kariakoo derby for Simba SC when they drew 1-1 against bitterest rivals Young Africans SC in the Tanzanian Premier League.
He also bagged a brace for his team as they thrashed Mbitwa Sugar FC 5-0 on Sunday evening at home.
Okrah has found the back of the net for his new club four times this season with two assists in the Tanzanian Premier League.
